Marketing Coordinator II
We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator II to join our Corporate Marketing team.  This position can be located in Chicago, Indianapolis, or New York.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the development of the marketing plan.

  • Assists in client contact database maintenance.

  • Prepare initial recommendations for proposals, brochures, and other marketing materials.

  • Prepares complex documents and forms.

  • May complete forms and assemble marketing and business development related packages.

  • Maintains a variety of databases, files and lists.

  • Prepares and presents marketing information to colleagues and clients.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS in Marketing, Business or related fields

  • A minimum of four years of experience in marketing

  • Strong oral communication skills

  • Strong grammar and writing skills

  • Experience in the AEC industry preferred

  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, Adobe and InDesign is preferred


Chicago Office

Structural Project Manager

The Structural Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion and delivery of assigned bridge/structural engineering scope or projects. The position works closely with the Design Group Manager in serving as the primary contact with clients on bridge/structural projects. Additional responsibilities including leading the project delivery team, monitoring project delivery, coordinating with all disciplines (external and internal) and business development.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer’s License is required

  • Illinois Structural Engineering License is preferred or the ability to obtain

  • A minimum of 10 years of structural design experience

  • Illinois Structural Engineering License is preferred

  • Bridge project experience with CDOT, IDOT and/or ISTHA is strongly preferred

  • Strong communication and managerial skills are required

           

Transportation Project Manager
The Transportation Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion and delivery of assigned projects and serves as the primary contact with clients.  Additional responsibilities including leading the project delivery team, monitoring project delivery, coordinating with all disciplines (external and internal) and business development.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer’s License is required

  • A minimum of 8 years of transportation, roadway and traffic design experience is required

  • Project experience with CDOT, IDOT and/or ISTHA is preferred

  • Strong communication and managerial skills are required


Resident Engineer

The Resident Engineer will be responsible for successful completion of construction inspection projects. Additional responsibilities include performing field inspection, supervising project inspection teams, and providing technical guidance and quality assurance. This position requires extensive client interaction and coordination for all jobsite activities.

 

Experience and qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer’s License is required

  • 10-15 years of transportation construction inspection experience as a Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer with public agencies including CDOT, IDOT and/or ISTHA.

  • Strong communication and managerial skills are required

 

New York Office

Civil Engineer
The Civil Engineer provides technical support and input in the development and execution of a variety of transportation projects encompassing studies, design and construction observation. 

 Experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • EIT certification is required; New York State Professional Engineer’s License is preferred
  • NICET certification is a plus
  • Minimum of three (3) years of full time relevant experience in civil/site, transportation and/or construction inspection
  • Must be proficient with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation V8i, and Inroads
  • Experience with New York agencies specification and standards including NYCDOT, NYSDOT, NYCTA, NYS Thruway, NYCDDC and NYCDEP is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills are also required
