Location: Omaha, Nebraska

The Paxton Stormwater Conveyance Sewer Project is located in the west central portion of the Minne Lusa Drainiage Basin in Omaha, Nebraska.  This project includes preliminary study, conceptual and preliminary design of a large diameter storm sewer along Paxton Boulevard from 30th Street to 49th Street.  The Paxton Stormwater Conveyance Sewer provides the flow capacity out of the Minne Lusa Basin that allows the completion of storm and sanitary sewer separation projects that will reduce flows to Omaha's CSO No. 105.  The Paxton Stormwater Conveyance Sewer will reduce the size of the controls required at that site, and reduce sewer backups throughout the basin.  This project also includes study, conceptual and preliminary design of the 33rd and Taylor Sub-basin sewer separation, and study and conceptual design of several other Minne Lusa sub-basins.

IEI is providing design, coordination and overall project support for the Paxton Stormwater Conveyance Sewer Project.
