IEI worked on a team to prepare the master plan for the installation of the I-PASS express lanes at the following six toll plazas:

  • Plaza 1 - Beloit
  • Plaza 17 - Devon Avenue
  • Plaza 19 - River Road
  • Plaza 37 - I-55 Ramps
  • Plaza 41 - 163rd Street
  • Plaza 51 - York Road

IEI provided structural design engineering, report preparation, scheduling and cost estimating.
