IEI offers top of the line healthcare coverage for all employees. Coverage is provided by Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois (Preferred Provider Option - PPO, HSA and HMO). Alternative healthcare coverage is also available to answer the varying needs of each employee/employee's family.
Employees are offered coverage for themselves and can choose to have the plan cover their family as well.
Full-time employees are eligible to participate in IEI's Pension Plan after three months of service. IEI's Pension Plan consists of 401K and Profit Sharing Plans.
