Julius Cousin III, PE leads IEI’s efforts in the Detroit office, which is supported by the 100+ engineers and administrative staff in IEI’s Chicago, Indianapolis, New York, Trenton, and Peoria, Illinois offices.
In his dual role as Project Manager and Office Leader, Julius is responsible for project delivery and managing client relationships. He joined IEI in 2013, and prior to heading to Detroit, was involved in the delivery of both design and inspection projects in Chicago.
Stanley oversees business development and strategy for the Detroit office. He is a former Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) and Vice President of Parsons Brinckerhoff (now WSP), with over 25 years of experience in public infrastructure.
