The IEI team of engineers is rock solid, having worked with numerous city and state agencies in New York and New Jersey and throughout the northeast region to deliver vital and high-profile projects.  Led by Maike Rodriguez, P.E., this team excels at delivering the solutions in design and construction management that our clients expect from IEI.  In addition to the full-time staff located at our New Jersey office, the team has support from over 170 engineers and administrative staff in IEI’s national offices, most of whom are licensed Professional Engineers with expertise in civil, traffic, and structural design.

Our New Jersey office was created in response to growing opportunities in the northeast region.  We’re excited to now offer our award-winning approach to civil engineering to our roster of New Jersey clients.

Because of our size and structure and the diverse skills of our talent, IEI is able to provide customized solutions for our clients.  We work with both public and private organizations on projects that vary in scope and complexity.  IEI engineers develop design, construction, and program management solutions for projects across markets – Transportation Studies, Roadway, Complex Highway/Freeway, Site Development, Public Space, Structural Design, Water & Wastewater, Utilities, Traffic Engineering, Green Infrastructure, Aviation, and Permitting.
