Chirag Dave, PE

INGENUITY Experience. Chirag Dave brings nearly 20 years of hands-on construction and engineering experience to lead IEI’s Chicago Construction Engineering and Inspection team. He directs, mentors, and mobilizes staff to deliver consistent, high-quality results while keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and fully compliant. Chirag partners closely with major transportation agencies to navigate complex infrastructure programs, applying his knowledge in project engineering and construction management to proactively resolve challenges, mitigate risk, and keep critical projects moving safely and efficiently. Clients rely on his leadership to ensure quality, accountability, and successful project delivery from start to finish.

Education. Chirag holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, a Master of Technology in Construction and Project Management from CEPT University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Technology.

Involvement in Community. Through his consulting work, Chirag helps strengthen local communities by improving transportation infrastructure that enhances mobility, supports economic development, and creates safer, more reliable connections for residents and businesses.
