Dr. Kia A. Sutton, CPSM

INGENUITY Experience. Dr. Kia A. Sutton, CPSM, is Vice President of Business Development, leading all BD efforts across IEI’s offices. She drives client relationships, uncovers new opportunities, and highlights the firm’s ability to deliver complex civil and structural projects. Kia also builds long-term strategic partnerships that help clients achieve their goals and position IEI as a trusted engineering partner.

Involvement in the Community. Kia lives out IEI’s culture of volunteering through various initiatives, including the AIDS Run & Walk, Loaves and Fishes Clinic, and the SNPhA Blood Pressure Drive.

Education. Kia received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University and worked as a pharmacist for several years before transitioning into business development.
