As Vice President of Engineering, Dustin Quincy brings decades of experience delivering transportation infrastructure projects that balance technical excellence with practical constructability. He has led complex efforts for transportation agencies in multiple states, supporting work that ranges from targeted improvements to large-scale, multi-billion-dollar programs. Dustin aligns engineering standards, processes, and technology across all delivery teams to support consistent quality, efficiency, and value for IEI clients.

Education. Dustin earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.

Involvement in Community. Dustin’s community services include tutoring students in kindergarten through high school and coaching basketball.
