Kashif Khan, PE

INGENUITY Experience. As Chief Executive Officer, Kashif Khan leads the firm’s vision, strategy, and long-term growth, guiding more than 200 professionals across eight U.S. cities. With nearly 30 years of experience in engineering and executive leadership, he focuses on delivering consistent value to clients through strong teams, innovative solutions, and trusted partnerships. Kashif is also a recognized industry leader, having served as Committee Chairman of the Diversity Committee for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Indiana, reflecting his commitment to building inclusive teams that strengthen project outcomes.

Education. Kashif earned an MBA from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from City College of City University of New York.

Involvement in Community. Kashif is actively involved in community service, currently serving on the board of the Hamilton County Community Foundation. He was previously a member of the Town of Avon Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals.
