Ken Smorynski, PE, SE

INGENUITY Experience. Ken Smorynski oversees IEI’s design, program management, and construction inspection teams across Illinois, guiding projects that deliver value and results for clients. He also leads staff development, business growth, client relations, and day-to-day operations, helping the firm advance programs efficiently and strengthen partnerships throughout the region.

Education. Ken holds a Bachelor (BS) and Master of Science (MS)in Civil Engineering; and recently earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.

Involvement in Community. Ken is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers Association of Illinois and has volunteered as a soccer, baseball and basketball coach for many years.
