INGENUITY Experience: Sonya brings decades of experience and serves as Vice President of Human Resources for IEI, leading the HR team and shaping strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent. Her leadership supports the firm’s growth, culture, and organizational strength, helping IEI deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
Education: Sonya earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Science from Governor’s State University, she has a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification and she completed the Professional in Human Resources Program with DePaul University.
Involvement in Community: Sonya is an ambassador and volunteer at the Greater Chicago Food Depository Volunteer Speaker’s Bureau. She is also a SCORE Chicago mentor for new businesses and entrepreneurs and on the Board of Directors for House of Restoration.
