IEI celebrates Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s Legacy

January 16, 2026

Today, we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., whose unwavering commitment to nonviolence challenged injustice and expanded the promise of equality in America.

This year’s MLK Day themes, “Where Do We Go From Here?” and “Mission Possible II: Building Community, Uniting a Nation the Nonviolent Way,” remind us that progress requires continued reflection, courage, and collective action, especially in times of division.

As a majority African American–owned firm, Infrastructure Engineering Inc. (IEI) is committed to honoring Dr. King’s legacy through work that advances safety, accessibility, and opportunity, while fostering a culture rooted in equity and inclusion.

We strive to carry his vision forward, not just today, but every day.
