NYCDDC Resident Engineering and Inspection

IEI is a Prime Consultant delivering resident engineering and inspection services for projects across all five boroughs through an on-call contract with the New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC). Tasks include roadway reconstruction, bridges, streetscape, construction of green infrastructure, sewer and water main installation.

Under this contract, IEI is currently working on a task order for the construction of 500 intersection safety improvements. IEI is providing construction management including project management, resident engineering, construction inspection, community outreach, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control for the reconstruction of roadways, sidewalks, and the installation of ADA Ramps at all locations.
