Jeana Majeske, CPSM, Vice President of Marketing, has elevated how we communicate our capabilities and connect with the communities and clients we serve. Her leadership has sharpened our strategic messaging, strengthened pursuit efforts through technical rigor and responsiveness, and reinforced collaboration across teams to align strategy with client needs. As Vice President of Marketing, Jeana will continue guiding market strategy and brand positioning efforts that enhance clarity, competitiveness, and long-term partnerships to deepen client trust, broaden our presence, and drive sustainable growth.
Dr. Kia A. Sutton, CPSM, Vice President of Business Development, has played a key role in shaping IEI’s strategic growth across established and emerging markets by aligning long-term vision with disciplined business development execution. Her leadership has strengthened cross-functional collaboration, enhanced market intelligence, and reinforced client-focused strategies that drive meaningful opportunities. As Vice President of Business Development, she will lead efforts to expand IEI’s market presence, strengthen key client relationships, and position the firm for sustained, strategic growth across sectors.
