This April, we recognize National Arab American Heritage Month and the 2026 theme, “Many Voices, One Community.” First formally recognized in 2017 and observed nationally in the years since, the month highlights the rich cultural heritage and significant contributions of Arab Americans, while underscoring the importance of diverse voices in building stronger, more connected communities.
At IEI, we know that embracing different perspectives leads to better ideas and better outcomes. We honor the contributions of Arab Americans and reaffirm our commitment to an inclusive environment where diversity fuels INGENUITY and helps us better serve the communities where we live and work.
