Every June, Pride Month celebrates the LGBTQIA+ community and honors the ongoing pursuit of equality, inclusion, and belonging.
This year’s theme, “For All of Us,” inspired by the words of Marsha P. Johnson, “There is no pride for some of us without liberation for all of us,” highlights the importance of unity and collective progress across the LGBTQIA+ community.
At IEI, we recognize and celebrate the voices, experiences, and contributions of LGBTQIA+ individuals and reaffirm our commitment to fostering a workplace where everyone feels respected, supported, and empowered to succeed.
