IEI HR Manager, Latisha Bell
Tish Bell joined IEI’s team as the firm’s Human Resource Manager. With 15 years of experience in her field, she is leading the firm’s HR efforts for all locations and enables IEI to pursue our mission by overseeing talent and nurturing a work culture that acknowledges our commitment to • Respect • Ownership • Continuous Improvement • Knowledge Seeking (ROCK) culture for our employees, partners and customers.
Along with organizational strategy, she manages professional recruitment, performance management and employee growth and development. Tish attended Southern Illinois University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Media Arts as well as a Master of Science in Education from Southern Illinois University. Tish is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® and regularly volunteers with several local community organizations. She’s located in our Chicago office.
