INGENUITY

Creatively Connecting With Clients

IEI’s Operations Leaders: Clint Ferguson, [Promoted to VP of Business Development], Dustin Quincy,         Indianapolis, IN Operations Leader, Maike Rodriguez, New York, NY Operations Leader

As global communities continue to navigate flexible ways of doing business, our clients looked to us to lead the way. The most important component of doing good business is in sharing and delivering information, and as a benefit of IEI’s remote work readiness, our teams are equipped with the necessary software and tools to continue to deliver and to show others how to do the same.

Encouraging clients and partners to “step outside of comfort zones,” our staff and leaders have taken the initiative to offer some of our clients the “how to’s” during large collaboration meetings, that demonstrate new ways of sharing information, documents and meet virtually on multi-disciplinary projects.

IEI utilizes Microsoft Teams, which is a platform for collaborative and cross-functional work, group discussions and document sharing through workplace chat, video meetings and file storage. It is the core platform that we have been using during this time, that has offered successful training to agency staff and timely delivery of services to clients. If you are a client in search of guidance on the tools and technology necessary to navigate a remote environment, please contact your Infrastructure Engineering Inc. Project Engineer to discuss.
